To Orchard:
- By MRT: 25 Min (Cost S$1.2)
- By Cab: 20 Min (Cost S$10, during non-peak hours)

Rules and Conditions

General Rules and Conditions:
1) Reservations can only be confirmed when we receive the deposit unless you are overseas. Booking for 1-7 nights: deposit is S$100/room; Booking for more than 7 nights: deposit is S$200/room.
2) Rental Rates are subject to change without further notice. Tenants have to pay the rate which is mentioned in the confirmation email.
3) Check in: at/after 1:00pm (If you need to check in at 8:00am-1:00pm, 0.5day rental fee will be added.）If you need to check in after midnight 12:00, S$10 service charge will be added.
4) Check out: at/before 12:00pm (If you need to check out at 1:00pm- 6:00pm, 0.5day rental fee will be added.）
5) For cancellation of booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
6) Change of check in date or extension of stay, the room is subject to availability.
7) In the event of no-show, deposit will be forfeited.
8) No refund of rental fee if tenants leave before check out date stated in Rental record (check in register form).
9) The deposit is refundable upon checkout when tenants return the keys and without any damage caused.
10) Please pay up total fee when check in; Total fee = rental fee + deposit, only cash in Singapore Dollars.
11) There is a minimum of 3 nights stay for each room.
12) For better confirmation of all details, the room reservation is made through email ONLY. Please provide us your information (as the reservation form demand) to us through email. After we have these, we will send you feedback. Please do the payment by (local: bank transfer, other countries: TT), After that, the room is confirmed to be successfully booked and tenants will receive a confirmation letter.
13) 1-2pax/room is allowed; No acceptance for more than 2 pax/room.
14) Simple register is needed when tenants check in, ID copy; Full name of Singapore Citizen IC/Singapore Permanent Resident IC/ Employment Pass/Work Permit/Student Pass/Passport, ID no. contact no. (around 5 mins), please show us your ID upon check in.
15) Cooking : only light cooking if permitted by landlord.
16) No Smoking area in the condo. Smoking only allowed outside ; Non-smoking area: shared area.
17) No pets are allowed to enter.
18) Lose key: charge $20 .
